PREPARATION (10-15 min total)
1. In a food processor, pulse the garlic &
basil until they are finely chopped
2. Add
the pitted avocado, & salt. Blend
until smooth.
3. Toss the avocado sauce with the hot cooked pasta
& serve immediately. Avocado doesn't reheat well, so don’t make more than you plan on serving for one meal.
