STRAWBERRY BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Here’s a quick, easy, healthy smoothie that you can make for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

INGREDIENTS
Yield = about 2 cups
1 cup
Strawberries*
½ cup
Pineapple chunks*
½
Banana
1 cup
Milk (I used skim)
Water
As needed to adjust the smoothie's thickness.
*I use frozen strawberries & pineapple.  Add ice if you use fresh fruit

PREPARATION
1.  Put all of the ingredients into a blender or blender cup.

2.  Blend & enjoy!
