Garlic white bean dip is my go-to appetizer
recipe. It is easy, healthy, & a great alternative to hummus or
ranch-based dips. My recipe is based on one from The Abs Diet.

SUGGESTIONS
- Serve with fresh vegetables as a appetizer
- Use as a spread in sandwiches
- Eat with pita or flatbread
- Pack a little with vegetables for a snack
- Brush your teeth asap after eating this! It's really garlicky.
